"About our Services"

HALL RENTAL –Tables, chairs (for guests), setup,cleanup with a 5 hour maximum
Friday and Sunday - $1,500 Saturday - $1,750
Monday – Thursday – rates available upon request
Additional hours are prorated

For wedding ceremonies, hall rental begins ½ hour before ceremony
Loft area available for wedding party 3 hours before ceremony at no charge
First floor capacity – 125 with a dance floor, 60” round tables seating 8 people
Second floor capacity – 200- 8’ banquet tables seating 10 people
Loft area capacity – up to 50 people TOTAL CAPACITY – 375

FOOD PACKAGES - Tablecloths (ivory, white or black) Paper dinner napkins (ivory, white or black)
Silverware placed on napkins at tables
Centerpieces (globe and liquid candle)
Buffet, gift, cake and DJ tables with tablecloth and skirting

EXTRA CHARGES: Tablecloths in other colors - $1.00/each
Linen Napkins - $0.40/pp
Mirror Tile for centerpieces - $2.00/per table
Extra tables not included in food package

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: $750.00 non refundable retainer for date and is applied
towards hall rental. Final payment due upon receipt of final invoice at end of event.

PAYMENT FORM: Credit cards may be used for retainer ONLY. Check or cash for final invoice.

Credit card checks may be used for final payment, but must be paid 30 days in advance of event.

 

 
  *$500 date reservation deposit to be applied towards total function charges.
*Fresh Fruit Boat not in season $1.50/pp extra charge
